There is no cookie banner on this site, and this page explains why that is allowed rather than an oversight.
Why there is no banner
Spanish Law 34/2002, Article 22.2, and the ePrivacy Directive require consent for storage that is not strictly necessary to provide a service the user has asked for. This site sets only strictly necessary cookies. No advertising, no tracking across sites, no profiling, no third-party marketing pixels. Nothing here needs consent, so nothing is asked.
The day that changes, a banner appears and this page changes with it. It has not.
What is actually stored

The progress store is local storage in your own browser, not a cookie and not sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data erases it, and it will not come back.
Turning them off
Any browser can block cookies for this domain. Blocking the authentication cookie means you cannot stay signed in, which is the only thing it does. Blocking the Stripe cookies may cause a payment to be declined as suspicious.
