There is no examination at the end.

How is a general surgeon certified in Ecuador?
Through SENESCYT, which registers the university title. It is a registration procedure over a title already awarded, not a specialty examination. We checked this with the body itself on 1 September 2026, and we publish the date so that it is obvious when it ages.
